These products comprise frozen transfected cells that can be reconstituted to provide assays of nuclear receptor modulators. Binding of small molecules to nuclear receptors expressed by these cells affects expression of the enzyme luciferase, which can be used to determine EC50 or IC50 values for agonists or antagonists.
