This PANEL of PPAR Assays utilizes non-human mammalian cells engineered to express the human PPAR proteins: PPARα (NR1C1), PPARγ (NR1C2), and PPARδ (NR1C3). This PANEL contains sufficient materials to perform 32 PPARα assays, 32 PPARγ assays, and 32 PPARδ assays, all in a single 96-well plate format.
